Training methodology

A well thought workshop structure

Our training methodology is based on the belief that human beings retain approximately 70% of what they put into practice versus only 5 to 10% of what they hear. Therefore, the integration of knowledge is assured by our training, using the following steps:

Training methodology
Ice-breaker

A playful and interactive activity, whose purpose is to position the subject of the training, put the participants at ease to create an environment that promotes learning.

Training methodology
Defining the topic of the training

It is a question of taking time with the participants to establish the common bases of theoretical knowledge specific to the subject. Presenting general definitions, sharing personal knowledge on the subject, concepts and/or theoretical models, vox-pop, video capsules, etc.

Training methodology
Experimentation

At La Tête Chercheuse, we believe that we better absorb what we have the chance to experience and implement. Thus, this part of the training is devoted to the application of the concepts learned via an activity in sub-groups, intended to be as fun as well as a deep learning experience.

Training methodology
Group sharing

Consists in sharing in a large group the knowledge acquired during the exercises carried out and promoting the appropriation and adaptation of the contents of the workshop to the participants' everyday lives. It is during this phase that they are invited to commit to carrying out a concrete training-related action.
