Louise Descarie

Founding president

Known as Ms. Inflamed, Louise evolved in the Cossette world while completing her Bachelor's degree in psycho-sociology of communications. Being an exceptional interviewer, she then developed the primary research division of Impact-Research in Montreal. In 1990, she launched an important training program at Cossette.

With multidisciplinary experience in several business units, she then founded La Tête Chercheuse in order to reinvent the day to day hiring process of organizations.

Today, she combines her passion to better understand people and to further their well-being with innovative concepts that she develops in both the recruitment and training fields. Being certified in yoga and shiatsu, she strongly believes that companies could further enhance their productivity and efficiency by combating stress.

Louise often says that we recognize great leaders not because of the grandeur of their success, but rather for the continuity of their successes.

Caroline Starecky

Vice-President, Human Strategy

Known as Ms. Go-getter, Caroline had worked in advertising and strategic planning for over 12 years before joining La Tête Chercheuse. Passionate about branding, marketing, communications and interpersonal skills, Caroline knows how to come up with a fresh and creative approach to any organizational issue.

Caroline holds a Master's degree in International Marketing and was also certified as a Business coach in Sydney, Australia. Her passion, creativity and energy make her a well appreciated leader, trainer and lecturer at the University of Montréal, HEC University as well as in small to large client organizations.

She believes that “Life is not about the destination but all about the journey.”

Vice-President, Team Development

Known as Mr. Personality, Éric has worked for more than 15 years in human resources, in small and large companies. From Astral Media to Scotiabank and Zero-Knowledge Systems, Éric has always been valued for his contribution as a manager in organizations.

Graduating with a Bachelor's degree in business administration, Éric has a passion for organizational development, talent management, coaching and training. He is also appreciative of diversity in all of its forms. Finding solutions to the challenges of a team is the source of his daily energy.

He believes that the thing people need most, regardless of their age or position, is to be HEARD.

Account Director

Known as Mr. Connections, Nicolas has a memory like an elephant, efficient listening skills and a great ability to seize opportunities.

Nicolas is a graduate of the University of Montreal and holds a Bachelor's degree in political communications. He began his career by organizing conferences and training sessions for managers. He then naturally entered the recruitment world specifically in communications and marketing where he continues to be successful.

His dynamism, flexibility, openness and his ability to get in touch with people and discover talent makes him an excellent partner in any mission entrusted by clients.

Passionate about hockey, music and political news, he highly contributes in building dream teams.

His belief: when there's a will, there's a way.

Known as Ms. Determined, anything is possible for Zeina. Nothing can stop her and she considers obstacles to be nothing but challenges that enable learning and growth.

Zeina left Lebanon, the country of cedars, to settle in Québec in 2004. With two Master's degrees, one in public relations and one in political science, Zeina began her career as a marketing and communications manager in the fashion industry. She joined the team at La Tête Chercheuse in 2008 where she is an inspiration to all due to her determination, perseverance and her attention to a job well done.

Zeina has a great intellectual curiosity, unparalleled listening skills and a unique openness to the world.

She believes that happiness is only real and true when it is shared.

Geneviève Bérard

Coordinator

Known as Ms. Smile, Geneviève knows that a smile can go a long way and can be worth a lot to the one receiving it. Geneviève was head of Customer Service at Équipe Spectra for more than 5 years. Gifted in project management, she worked for iFact (a management consulting and marketing firm), for the University of Montreal and for the RABQ (Réseau de l'Action Bénévole du Québec). At La Tête Chercheuse, Geneviève strives to ensure the healthy functioning and the optimal happiness of the team, the candidates and all of the clients.

Geneviève holds a Bachelor's degree in communications and film studies. She is recognized for her efficiency, patience, proactivity and listening skills. To nourish her spirit and body, Geneviève practices yoga and hip hop dancing.

Her philosophy: enjoy the moment because no one knows what the future holds.

Office Manager

Known as Ms. Efficiency, Anouk has been with the team at La Tête Chercheuse for over five years ensuring accounting and office administration duties.

Anouk is of Dutch decent and she is recognized for her attention to detail, her generosity, her sound advice and her constant support on all levels.

As a tennis player and a true sportswoman, she knows how to enjoy life while making sure her team is always moving forward.

Her philosophy: live in the present moment, one day at the time.

Advisor, Human Strategy

Known as Ms. Excellence, Julie holds a Bachelor's degree in communications and human relations, for which she was awarded all possible scholarships.

In 2008, she completed her education with an internship at La Tête Chercheuse. Her rigor, situational sensitivity and dedication enabled her to meet all the challenges that were presented to her. In 2010, she returned to our team after brilliantly completing a Master's degree in organizational communication, with a focus on conflict management.

Julie is witty, passionate and continues to develop her abilities by leading workshops on various topics of human communication. The clients will be delighted by her contribution to her various assignments.

She believes that the ultimate measure of a man is not where he stands in moments of comfort and convenience, but where he stands at times of challenge and controversy.
